Cooling Charges On Pepsi

Dear Sir

I am being charged 2rs over and above MRP from this shop on every bottle of 500ml pepsi. which they claim as cooling charges. I was told by the manager of the shop that if i cannot afford to pay the extra 2rs that i should not buy pepsi from him as he has to pay a high electricity bill and is not there to do charity.

I hope you could look into this and get justice to the common man.
