Waiver of Late Fees and Card blocked

Regret to inform you that till date we have not yet received a reply against our complaint mailed on 28.05.08 addressed to Ms. Meera Rawat.

We are being charged late fees only because we have always been receiving the Credit Card Statement after the due date. This is occurring frequently. We therefore request you to kindly waive the late payment fee of Rs.300/- & the Debit interest of Rs.25.73 charged to us in the next statement and reverse the statement accordingly.

Due to the above fact, the credit card has been blocked and has caused a lot of inconveience for making any transactions. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately. Also send copy of reply to my email id as given below.
