SP-POD-EM037866955IN- dated.5.9.09 from Mandapeshwar Post Office, Mumbai to Pune
addressee. I have been sending email several times, and following up with Post Office, till this day no satisfactory reply has come whether the artcile has been delivered or not.
Dear Sir,
No, your reply is not clear. I want to know my article is delivered to Mrs. Nithu Libu Varghese, the addressee or not.
Why can't you say yes, we have delivered the article to the addressee, if already done. Your net does not show that the article is delivered till now.
What kind of responsibility you people are having in dealing with customers?
If I am not receiving a proper reply for this mai latest by tomorrowl, I will take up the matter further with authorities concerned,
I should not be held responsible for any consequencies, if any arising out of this irresponsibile attitudes of your staff.
