Personal Point has closed its Preet Vihar branch without any prior information or notice to its clients. I enrolled for weight loss session and after giving 2 sessions, there is no one at their preet vihar office. No response to any calls!
All their numbers to any branch in Delhi, are wrong and not working. It is a case of 420 and Fraud where this company has taken money from so many clients and has run! would request the Consumer Forum to kindly look into this matter at their earliest to first, stop other people getting befooled if any of their office is opened and are enrolling new people. Secondly, i would request that i had submitted Rs 5674/- (i have copy of the bill) and would seek your help in refunding these alongwith the compensation of harassment! regards, Neha
