Pesonal Loan on Citi Financial
To inform the irrespective approach of Collection!

Sir / Madam,

We have a PL in ur Coimbatore branch which is in Lakshmi Mills, Coimbatore. I unable to pay the due on due date. So the collection in charge was went and meet to me. I have given proper reason and i willing to fore-close my loan. But he was told to me he don’t mind the fore-close and my critical position. He told he will be meeting to me with in two day and You must arrange the due amount to pay. Or otherwise he will be given more disturbance and mental tortures. Finally i have get two days only for fore-close the loan from the collection in charge.

Then i have prepare myself to fore-close the loan. Then to inform the message to collection in charge. But he told to me u must pay today only.

And he behave very uncivilized person like Rowdy. He talk to me in Tamil " Poda ..., Wada..." This conversation is going on the conference call

"Among Collection Team Leader Mr. Arul, Collection in charge Mr. Moobarak Bucket I and me."

The above conversation was given to me a enormous mental tortures.

So Pls considered my information on the approach of collection and to rectify the issue on your esteemed concern
