Sub: Transfer of my PF accumulation – regarding.

Current PF No. TN / 61458 / 385

Further my letter to the PF office dated 26-12, Please be informed I am attaching my earlier Transfer application addressed to the PF Office, that I was working with M/s. William Hare (India) Ltd., Chennai, from 17.10.2005 to 29.08. my Provident fund accumulated is in my

PF A/c. No. TN / 60317 / 148.

I have been changed my employment to M/s. Petrofac Engineering Sevices india Pvt Ltd, 7th Floor, 9th Block, 1/124, Shivaji Garden, DLF Infocity, Nandambakkam Post, Manapakkam,

Chennai- 600 089 With Effect from 01.09.2008.

My Current PF No. TN / 61458 / 385. Based on the information received from my Employers all the relevant documents are submitted to the concerned PF office. But, in spite of these still 10 months my Provident Fund accumulation not yet got transferred. Therefore I am requesting you to arrange to transfer my PF accumulation to my Current PF No. TN / 61458 / 385.

I hope necessary action may please be taken at your end to transfer my provident Fund accumulation.
