with due respect i submitt that i visited ur point at pipli named haryana agro industries coop. ltd dealer in Indian Oil Copp Ltd in the evening there i filled my tank with 4.39litres @ 45.52 amounted rs 200/-.Then i asked ur salesman for air pressure .but ur sales man refused me due to not proper working of air machine .i again asked him whether the macjine is operated and maintained by the dealer (haryana agro, pipli).the sales man was not in any answer to say .i asked him about the manager of the agro industries and of the indian oil company .the sales man refuse the whole .after consulting to someone he given me the phone no. of Sh Sunil kumar (94160101713).i called the officer from my cell and complained of the due course but ur officer replied me in offensive/intimiditive manner and he also wanted to nagatived the lapses at this filling station
i also wanted to know why the filling station has yet not have any cielling? the same question had been asked to Mr Sunil but he refused to answer on it and told me that i have nothing to do with this.
i convey my submission that ur customer representative are not not good coz they r not entirely costomer friendly.
i want a stringent action against these type of officers
