NOw their claims agent is asking themoney for the delivery of my winning is it leagal. The refrence No. of Peuugeot Automibles Lottery is PGA/12058006/06 Secret Pin code PGA00111234 on 30th October.

Kindly guide me should I pay the amount to get my winning.
