Non payment of PF Money

Dear Sir,

This is Sameer Shaikh. Joined Aplab Ltd., Thane on 24th May 04 and left on 5th June 07. Emp No. 5483

I had completed all the leaving formalities and filled up the Provident Fund (PF Ac. No. MH/8467/4472) form on my last day i.e.: 5th June 07.

It is now one year and still I have not got my PF amount.

Awaiting a favourable response.
