PF Office at K.R.Puram, Bangalore
PF amount not credited, but showing settled in the PF office Computers

Hi,

I am Ashwini, my PF refund application form was submitted to PF office, K.R.Puram, Bangalore on 27th April by the company. The PF amount is not yet credited to my bank account, but officials at K.R.Puram office said that it has been settled on 30th July and has given two cheque numbers i.e., 00402968 for amount 38, 590 and 00426487 for amount 12, 935. My bank has not received any cheques for my name.

Can anyone look into the matter as to where the cheques are gone when I have not received it but, the PF office system shows it has been settled and cheques are dispatched.
