Delay in transfer of Employee Provident Fund

Dear Sir

I submitted my PF transfer form (Form 13) to "The Commissioner, Regional Provident Fund, Bangalore" on 2nd Apr through my current employer (Oracle India Pvt Ltd). My previous PF account was in Delhi. Still I didn't get any information about the transfer and also I am unable to contact the contact person in PF office Bangalore to get the exact status.
