PF Withdrawal

Sir,

Reference is made to final withdrawal of PF against my account no TN / 22327 / 63836.

I had applied for PF withdrawal from my last company Updater Services Pvt Ltd which is based at Chennai.

Four months back I had received the intimation letters from PF office Chennai regarding forwarding of my PF final settlement Cheque No 530891 dated 30.03.09 worth Rs 3793/- & Cheque No 918010 dated 31.03.09 worth Rs 1862/- to my bank (Oriental Bank of Commerce, New Railway Road, Gurgaon) but till date neither the bank is in receipt of those cheques/ any intimation letter from PF Office Chennai nor the amount has been credited to my account.

Hence request your kind attention to please get my case resolved at the earliest.
