Employee provident fund is to be given by employer to employee.
Phebous creations pvt. ltd. is animation studio which produces cartoon films, ads & serials.
It is company of over 100 people or more.
However, provident fund cutting is not done also, Employer provident fund fascility is also not provided.
Company do not want to deposite equal amount to that of employee's contribution.
