Sub: -- Complaint against Indane Distributor Phillaur Gas Agency regarding Delay in refilling of cylinder

I Baldev Krishan Gupta S/O Onkar Nath R/O old Tehsil road Phillaur, am consumer of Phillaur gas agency. My customer number is PGA 205. I always book my gas cylinder after 21 days but Indane distributor delivers cylinder after the delay of thirteen days from booking date. This happened on previous two bookings Delivery man and distributor sell cylinders in black market. Please make urgent enquiry why this delay happens and issue instructions regarding my complaint for regular and prompt supply and I should also be provided one more cylinder which was missed due to this delay. All Fast food corners in Phillaur use domestic cylinders Please raid on fast food corners & sweet shops in Phillaur and warn Indane distributor. Our Phillaur Town & adjoining Sub-towns need also needs one more Indane distributor.
