You accepted to collect our goods and deliver it to my Son Mehul at Delhi in 4 working days, with a 100% advance payment of Rs. 11500.00.
You collected the goods on 13th June to deliver by 18th, when the goods did not reach on 18, we contacted you why the goods have not reached, you said there is a vehicle breakdown and the goods will reach by 24 surely, on 24th the goods did not reach and when you were contacted, you said it will reach by 24th night or 25th morning, on 25th on contacting your local person we were told that it will reach by 25th night 11.00 pm, Till now we have no communication when we shall receive the goods.
This has caused tremendous inconvenience to my son and his wife they had to eat out for about nine days, Our judgement of your organisation being professional was wrong We would like to forward this mail to all the listed news papers to expose you inefficiency, and advise other to be careful before they select your company for their requirement.
