Delay of courier and not a proper response

I have sent a courier through blue dart on 24th from mumbai to banglore... it is suppose to reach on 25th but it not yet reached and... even i tracked it is mention in that the flight is cancelled... or delayed .but accordin the customer care they r mentionin that my adress is wrong... but they will reach it on 28th... if the adress is wrong hw com they wil reach on 28..?
