Claim received less amount

I am working in PLANET M RETAIL LTD. I had submitted my wife hospitalisation maternity claim of RS.35000--, through our HR to PARAMAOUNT HEALTH CARE. 19th march.

After 21/2 month I had received my claim amount of RS.15000-/ ONLY, ALTHOUGH I HAD SUMBITTED ALL ORIGINAL BILLS . I want my balance claim amount ASAP because i will have to pay bank loan amount which i had taken for my wife hospitalisation.
