False late charges

2 the person incharge-my card no.is 4718610002043942. inspite of making all d dues cleared in advance i am continiously geting statement of late charges which is increasing every month.this type of bullshit service i really dont need please do the needfull otherwise i will kill myself... this is d 11th complaint mind it.9331204158
