Please see my complaint dt 22-5-09. Till now I did not hear any thing on the issue. Please expedite.

De activating the net card connection

M/s Reliance have presented me a bill for RCIL account No RIS 128882850; Bill No 351936967052 dt 22-4-09 for Rs 407/-. I have paid the same vide Andhra bank, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam Cq No 665427 dy 27-4-09. The Cheque was dropped in their Cq Drop Box at their office in Visakhapatnam on 28-4-09. Despite the fact that the payment has been made; they have de activated both incoming and out going. As per their bill I have a credit limit of about Rs 1800/- still they have taken a previlage of disconnecting both the Incoming & out going calls. This is Height of the behavious of M/s Reliance and Dictator ship. Either they have to change the procedure of receiving the Cqs or they should make some alternate arrangement.

Since the level of harrassment is coming to heights; I was forced to take an alternate net connection from BSNL paying huge amounts.

Please help me to get rid of this harrassment. I can manage with other net connections. It is not Reliance alone in India.

Since I have paid huge money for the Wireless card from Reliance (during 2007) let Reliance pay me back my money so that I can permanantly get rid of this connection and use other connection.
