I have account bearing no 0960021007281 of my firm in PNB Akhnoor Branch. This PNB branch is RTGS enable branch. On 5-jan, I transfer money from PNB Akhnoor branch to SBI Mumbai branch using this service and transaction Id is 12039829 but money transfer didn't happen. I checked with PNB staff for this issue, they said that its showing that money is transfer from PNB branch. Please help me in tracking status of money transfer.
