Egarding net banking pasword

i have a saving a/c in pnb, navyug market but past two days due to my keyboard problem (internal) password was wrong type and i do this action for 5 or 6 times and thus a message was come INVALID USER ID OR PASWORD, for this i meet to mr. rajeev sharma (navyug branch - incharge of this) but his behaviour is verry verry bad he told me how this is happen then i tell all thing to him for many times but he was not taken any action for this even i wrote a application for new pasword but he simply told that no need of this i will do this without ant application but he not doing any thing regarding this so sir please do some needfull action regarding my new password
