Erroneous PF transfe

I worked in Polaris, till may'08 holding the PF account-TN/31140/08973.

Now I have joined another company and have initiatedthe PF transfer through Form'13 through my new office, on AUG'08.

The PF is not yet transferred.

Meanwhile when I checked for the status online in the URL

http://www.epfochennai.tn.nic.in/tnepf/loginnew.aspx, in this web I found that the rcpt: no:- 28292817 has been issued and my claim has been settled on 24/NOV for Rs.0 amount on cheque no.0.

Please help on this issue.
