Courier not received

Dear Sir /Madam,

I Mr umesh am sorry to tell you that the delivery system in your courier is too bad, i have not received the courier doc which was sent from delhi to bangalore on 7 th feb 09, still i am waiting to receive the courier .when i called for the enquiry your people from delhi informed me that the courier has benn already delivered, but the bangalore branch has something else to say, they have told us that there is some system failure .i really feel this is the worst possible resposibilty you have taken on your part, since your people are not running a proper system to manage customers ..

Please consider my mail as request and understand the urgency and kindly deliver my courier immediately...
