I am Dr. S. Sunil, from Medical College, Trivandrum.
I have purchased a Verna car from Popular Hyundai, Trivandrum in 21st September.
I have claimed for Exchange bonus offered to me and submitted the relevant documents for the same in September itself. Almost every month from Dec I have been enquiring the showroom about the bonus. Everytime the representive has been asking me to wait, assuring me the offer, stating that the delay is because of the 10 Anniversary rush. When enquired 2 months back, I am told that my application is rejected because I have owned the old car for less than 6 months only. That reason is untrue because, my old car, has been in my ownership fro 1998, and being 15 years old, was re- registered in 2008. On Re- Registration, RTO has issued a new RC book in 2008.
Kindly note the fact that my old car is not 6 months old but 15 yrs old, and from 1998, I am the owner of that car. I dont understand the rejectin reason-statement given by Hyundai that, I have owned my old car for less than 6 months.
Kindly note that, this is is a mistake from your part, and request you to kindly reconsider my Exchange bonus claim.
I am told by the Tvm dealer to contact you, as thre is this much delay.
