With due respect i bearing epf no. OR/6192/34 beg to state that i have submitted 10C form for withdrawl of my account which was received by ur organization on 18/2 in between that i have crossed already one month but till today i have not received any msg from u. In the mean while i alrady one month is completed. Kindly inform me the status of my EPF Account.
