PF AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED
Dear Sir,
With reference to captioned subject i would like to bring in your kind notice that i was employee of Team Lease services pvt.ltd.(Employee No.41063I resigned from the company on 10/10 i had submitted all revelant Documents required for withdrawl of PF Amount. But as on date i have not received my PF Amount. Complany is telling that they have submitted My Form Bangalore on i got informed that once the Pension form is submitted to the PF office, Employer (Team lease services pvt.ltd) do not have any control over (any company for that matter) the status.
The PF department communicates directly with the associates and not with the company (TeamLease).so they would not be able to commit any time frame on this as this is at the discretion of the PF Authority. Company has given me the communication address & contact number of the PF Office as below
