I hold salary a/c in ICICI bank, my is Debited with 28/- Rs stating POS DECLINE CHG/30-MAR-09. Please tell me what is the customers fault if other bank at dosnt have sufficient fund. It is our hard earned money PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY BACK or give me a response '[email protected]'
