Delay in Speed Post Delivery

Sir,

A letter has been sent to me from SBI life, Bhubaneswar as SPEED POST Vide No. EM081101608IN Dated 27-10, but till date I have not received the same, where as the Postal Speed Post Services taken maximum 72 hours to deliver the letter. The matter of loss who will bear it. Kindly look into the matter & request for necessary action.
