I have a MIS passbook A/C No. 363528 (South - Belghoria - Kolkata) of my parents, at present both are not live. On the MIS passbook my name is mention at the place of nominee. But when i submit my MIS passbook to the Belghoria (Kolkata-56) Sub post office- South.in June. After two month they inform me that you nominee is not registered in post office, so claim this case by succession certificate. Then i go to Barrackpore court for succession, i got the certificate in MAY. Again i submit my passbook i Belghoria - South post office along with succession certificate. After two month (AUGUST-09) I again go to post office for and ask to postmaster about my claim, he told me that my passbook was send to SSPO North Div. Barrackpore. When i go to SSPO Barrackpor - S.B. Branch in SEP-09, they told me why this claim passbook was send here because this is local Head Post office Belghoria case. Today 24-11-09 when i ask to Belghoria Post master about my case she told me just wait.
I want to know how long i wait for a simple claim case? Where i submit RTI for this case.
