Post Office-500009
Non transfer Of MIS & RD Accounts

Dear Sir,

I submitted application & following Passbooks to Sub Post Master, Manovikas Nagar PO, Secunderabad-500009 on 9th Feb.2007 for transter from Ashiana Nagar PO, Patna-800025.

1. MIS A/c no. 731733 & 731734 showing a balance of 2, 01, 000/- in name of Rekha Rani Singh & Shivendra Kumar Singh.

2. R.D A/c no. 86541&86542, showing a balance of Rs.33510/- in name of Rekha Rani Singh & Shivendra Kumar Singh

I and my Post office agent Mr. Venkat Ramesh kept on enquiring each month after that with Manovikas Nagar PO regarding the status of transfer. However, the standard reply we always recieved was that the Ashiana Nagar Post Office is not responding. We submitted written complaint to Post Master, Secundrabad too but in vain.

The status is same even after lapse of almost 18 months. I don't have any clue about my Passbooks and amount deposited therein. The Post Master, Manovikas Nagar-500009 maintains that he is helpless and can not do any thing in this regard.

I am completely drained out with this harrassment and insensetive attitude of the concerned Post Offices.

I request you to look into my grievance and take steps for transfer, retreival of my Pass books and amount deposited therein.
