Delay in transfer of MIS accont

I gave the application on 19 jan for transfer of MIS account but all matured account has not been transfered. in on line complain they are mentioning that they have not got the passbook from subpost ofice marufganj, patna8 and also that they found discrepency. but we have requested them many time along with secundrabad division for transfer but still they are not responding. even online complain is 25 days old but no responce. online complain no is 60759, 60761, 60762, 60765 and others.

i am loosing interest on them.
