Post office offecials asked for undercutting to release our payments

Dear Sir,

Recently joined Mr. Jitender openly asking to everyone for under cutting to release our payments. Minimum fees is Rs.200/ payment or based on the size of payment.

Should we pay the same to get our payments easily or you have some remedy for the same.

Please look in this matter.
