This is regarding our water purifier (Kent Mineral RO Super Plus no. KR120400833). The water purifier is not working for past 4 days, and customer service is not sending anyone for service. Our complain no. is H/275. The service executive is also non cooperating and didn't listen to our full complain and cuts the call. Can you please register our complain and take immediate action. The after sell service in Mumbai/Powai area is horrible. Imagine a family without water purifier for 4 days!!!
