On 23rd Dec I purchased product worth 58350 Rs from Myntra.com to win the prizes on offer (Top Five & women's/men's hot shopper of the day). As per their policy they were suppose to declare the winners on the 4th working day.
I am asking them for the status from last 15 days but they are not giving any update on the same, they also change their policies very frequently and that is not in the favor of consumers. First I fought for the delivery of the products I ordered then the product I got was defective & on top of that return is also not processed yet. In spite of all this they have also not declared the winners for the 23rd December contest & they don’t even bother to tell me the reason.
They float offers without thinking and then because of their mistakes & issues in their own system consumers suffer. I also have an issue with one of my accounts with myntra wherein I am not able to access my account & I am also not getting any update/resolution on the same.
I will suggest that you think twice before falling in the trap of luring offers of Myntra.com.
