Amount not refunded for failed transaction

Hi

I have done a recharge of Rs 247 through paytm.com on 24 November but the recharge is failed and the amount is deducted from my bank account. After that, I requested paytm.com for refund of Rs 247 due to failed transfer and they intiate transfer on the same day. But, still the money is not refunded to my bank account. I has been more than 50 days since the refund request is raised by me. I raised complaints on their customer care but they are not replying to my queries.

Please help me get my money back.
