I am the consumer of Bharat Gas, my distributor was changed on November'2012 due to fraudulent work and subsequently my consumer number as well as distributor changed to 26064933 & Laxmi Gas, raipur respectively from 005403 & Adarsh Bharat Gas Service, Raipur. As per provision three refill are allowed on subsidy rate from September'2012 to March' accordingly I have taken 2 refill i.e. on October & November'2012 that mentioned in my card and the remaining one balance on subsidy rate but the said gas agency told that you are already availed 3 refill and further you are not eligible at subsidy rate. So it is totally surprising that how can the said agency refused and what basis he told me such type of thing. Please look into the matter and fruitful action in this regard may please be taken.
