I m using your company following product. The details are mentioned below.
Product: Livon Hair Gain Tonic
Batch No.:B0255
Mfg. in YR- 2012 and exp. in YR- 2014. Month is not visible in both dates.
following are the concerns with your product.
1. Product is leaking due to presence of the point hole on bottle shoulder. For details refer the attached photograph.
2. Secondly, batch details provided are smudged, months are not clearly visible.
3. Due to use of the this product after bath as per mentioned direction for use, it cause headache to me.
Too report above concerns, I called to your provided customer complaint/feedback contact No.-911244028222. But no one is responding, only rang again and again.
Being a reputed company like Paras such type of issues are not expected. I m waiting to hear from your side on above issues.
