This company contacted me even after I put my number on the do-not-call list with the government. I was reluctant to give them any information as far as my id and other related information nor did I give them any access to my money. I search for information while talking to them so as to make sure that it wasn't a rip off and found this website. luckly I read the reports and ended the call immediately.
Unfortunatly I thought that my number was on the do not call list and am wondering if there is any way that I can go after them for violating the do not call list. I was greatly worried by the fact that they could get my routing number to the bank with out my help at all. when I asked for them to send me information and a contact number they would not do it and continued to try and collect my ID number and other information from me. I hesitated and now I want to make sure that my information is safe even though they know where I bank and just my name.
