We approached a client named DATA SYS COMMUNICATION, 3rd Mile Peling Road, Ravangla, Sikkim-737113, Represented by Arya Grewal (Phone number 91-9805144524, [email protected] and [email protected].) for E Pharmacy Form Filling project.
After several chatting and conversation over phone he had agreed to outsource the project to 3 companies in Hyderabad represented by me as a consultant for them.
Datasyscommunication has given the Bank account of Mr. Harindher Singh (stating him self as the owner of Datasyscommunication Account number 07521530000546, HDFC Bank, Narendrapur, Kolkatta. His Mobile number is same as specified in the SLA (service level agreement) 09805144524.
I had transferred 1, 70, 000/- Rs One lakh seventy thousand through online transfer from my ICICI account and had also deposited 85, 000/- in habsiguda HDFC branch. The total amount which I had forwarded is 2, 55, 000 (Rs Two Lakh fifty five thousand only).
Data sys communication has issued SLA (service level agreement) for two companies and the third SLA is still pending.
Still there is no response from the company; we are tired of waiting for the company to reply us. The committed work was not yet started and there is no response from the company
From past one month there is no communication with the company and the mobile numbers 9805144524 and 9800603500 are not working and there is no mail contact also.
