Actually i bought an AC from Samsung on 22nd April. After installation i would have used the AC for hardly 2 days. Then i called the person who installed this and also gave a complaint in the service centre. But there they asked me to call another number else customer care. I called customer care and lodged a complaint about the machine on 25th May. The service people came and checked what is the problem. But after checking the machine they said that there is gas leakage problem as well as compressor is low pumping problem. They asked to reinstall the machine. But i really dont understand that when i already paid Rs.1100 for installation then why should i pay again for the same thing. And more over i accepted for paying a minimal amount for reinstallation. But there is no response from anyone till date.
So this is the worst case and worst service which i never seen in my lifetime.
So, It is my humble request everyone not to buy any product from samsung
