Faulty AC, request replacement

This referes to my earlier complaint on the subject mentioned above. The 1 Ton Voltas window AC, Model-Vertis plus was purchased on 31/7 from M/s Kumra Engg. & Elect. Works, Dwarka vide Bill No.388, Book No. 008. I have to make Six complaints since its purchase. On 5/5 Mr. Ramjanam, the Voltas technician checked the AC and found the PCB (not MCB as mentioned my earlier complaint) defecti ve and taken by him to workshop. Since then I have called Voltas service centre/ Call center several time. Also contacted Mr. K.L. Verma (9911422109) for the solution. Nothing has been done so far. We r suffering in this summer instead of comfort from Voltas.

Kindly help to solve the problem and compensate resonably.
