Ooked cab from Banaswadi to BIAL Airport on 03Jun08 & 05Jun08 through internet with airliftonline.com and made the payment I received mail confirmation about the orders (Order No.152a8ce702 & Order No.10bb6e8b9b) booking, But when the I enquired about the cab details, the call center person told me that there was no booking in my name and no cab will be provided to me. My family had a very tough time, i was taking my pregnant wife along with me.. finally we did the last minute arrangement and ended up paying hugely. After repeated followups with Airlift they have neither refunded the money nor responded to my complaint. the company like airliftonline.com should be penalised for inaction and harrassment to the customer.
