Espected sir, i RAJU DAS recharge my airtel with Rs.-10/- at nearly 1.40 p.m. 03.09.2011 and i did not any outgoing calls or any sms which is chargeable from my mobile 9007620808, then why airtel reduce into my balance 1.80/- for unnecessary reason, i also complaint u that it is not a first time, i inform to customer care at near about 8.00 p.m. but they not reply positive answer... i inform to u that i already recharge my airtel internet pack 98/- of every month, so why my balance came down on 1.80/-, I hope, u take to needful steps and refund my balance very soon then I will take legally action on airtel.
