Fraud by collection agency

Here I would like to bring in notice the fraud done by Airtel.

We called up Airtel to collect the payment and Airtel executive came to collect it. My wife was there at home. Collection agent sprayed some liquid and then asked my wife to sign the chaque. She signed the chaque in unconcious state and after that collection agent fled away with the chaque and withdrawn Rs 10000/- from her account.

Now we contacted Airtel regional office in Noida and got a response from management that they are not able to trace the collection agency.

For us, that collection agent was the Airtel executive and ultimately Airtel is responsible for all this.

Can anyone suggest how can I get my money back.
