Managament is so poor, or say AirTel sell their Rights to decide client to WebDirect Company

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Hiral and staying in Kalpana Villa, Viman Nagar, Pune.

In our Area Feasible Connection is 30.

One week before i have tried to check if in my building AirTel Connection is available or not. and in response to it i got a call that one connection is available.

The marketing person is Manish Verma - 9975566945, i asked many times that is it feasible connection? cause i need it in urgent basis tell me frankly... if it is not then also tell me so that i can try with other providers. always his answer was YES mam connection is available.

On date 13th July, i filled up the form with all formalities and said that mam you will get connection on 14th July. I paid 1000 By cheque with all formalities.

14th july till end of the day after calling so many times yuvraj who is site engineer who calls me and told me that, your bunglow is not to give feasible connection. After so many conversation he got agree that, my junior person got wrong idea - Who came for cheking purose, conclusion was my bunglow is in feasible area and i can connect to it.

15th July, Engineer came and said that their Device is near to Bunglow No 2 (hence out side of bunglow or compund) and for some reason they cant provide direct connection, they make a plan how to give wire to my bunglow and then told us that they need more wire. person go to take wire and will come tomorrow for connection.

16th July, Yuvraj said that... Mam Bunglow no 2 peson creates a problem for connection, so we will connect after 6.30, as they close the office and after that they will connect it. till 10p.m. no body came. when i try to call Manish Verma-Marketing person, he sent a sms that talk to his Boss. Chetan Saveria (09890800341) regarding this issue. We had a talk and said that tomorrow he will go personally there and will check the status.

17th July, Chetan told me that because Banglow no 2 person is not wanting to have any work with that device, chetan is not able to give connection.

Let me tell you who is that Bunglow no 2 person.

He is having 2 connection of AirTel, and wanting 1 more connection. and searching for that. he came to know that 1 more connection is available and its on our hand... Which is approved. he is creating a problem for us. He may have given money to all above people to not to give connection after all these process. I am guessing all these as things are going on. because AirTel device is out side of his bunglow and this is not his own property. If AirTel is helping out to such kind of person then its really shame on AirTel.

After wasting all these days who will pay to us for days we have wasted for waiting and lisetning all stupid things???

If you can give atleast anser to this... i will hates of you... condition is answer should be positive... i am not a person to hear sorry... I really want to escalate this issue.
