I had a phone no.9871884907 with Airtel, Delhi, I lost my mobile in the month of jun. For this I already informed airtel then & there, but they did not closed the connection. I was very much surprised when i received a bill of amount 9862 rs. Just after I called aritel and asked them to verify it. I denied to pay this fraud amount to airtel. After some days my friends and relatives started getting calls from Airtel saying that I havent paid my phone bill. When i tried calling that number, it was a board number and they never connected me to the concerned person.
Then, one day my parents got a call from someone mentioning that they HDFC bank and have some urgent business talk to me. She gave my new mobile number to them.
They started giving me Threatening calls saying that they will send Gundas, Bouncers for thrashing me. and also used worst language in the conversation.
Finally they gave me a number 9958619253 to talk A.K. tyagi for further clarification.
I was so much mentally depressed as these ppl are trying to create TERROR.
I truely believe that India is a democratic country. But when I see such things, ppl are trying take illegal use of court & law to harras a person it is really shamefull.
Can any one could help me out of this situation?
