ESC charge from the Account after 7 days of bill payment

Hi,

I have an issue with the billing charge for airtel no, 9008337337, I have cleared all my dues on 4th of march however on 11th of march they have charge me again the same bill amount from my Salary account. I would like to know why there is double charge.

Kindly revert to me on the above issue as soon as possible.
