Airtel is using third party agencies and calling to my social circles

My relatives are getting threatning calls from this number 9878709068 from Airtel even after paying the Airtel mobile bill, Im due of 4, 000 Rs and i have promised them to pay the money in installments i have already paid one installment even then they are harrassing me alot. please take some immediate legal action on those culprits. Becoz of some financial crisis im unable to able full amount at a time.
