Dear sir,
I was having international roaming facility at my Airtel No 9954487701 for last 2 years. Recently I wanted to deactivate my International Roaming facility from my number and asked them to adjust the Rs.3500 Security Deposit to my next bills. Now Airtel is saying they have no security deposit against my international roaming fancily which I submitted two years back. Upon query two three times they have said to inform me regarding the case but there is no communication from them on this matter.
