COMPLAINS AGAINST DIGIITAL TV (AIR TEL)

30 July 09:

Recharged for Rs 2100 to get service of Economy Package from Mega package and a complain of TV picture was not clear. I was assured that your plan will be changed.

06 Aug 09:

I made a call to custommer care, I was informed that your plan is not changed. You are required to rechrged for Rs. 50 because the money was deducted on basis of Mega Package. I did so but no body could intimate me, No body could do any thing about Picture clarity.

12 Aug 09:

Plan was changed from mega to Economy package vide Order No.4747809 dt&&&.

Followings are the recorded Complain Nos. against bad picture clarity/snowy screen and lining moving from up-down, however I made a several call which is not in recorded.

Also I made a complain against Engineer who was putting old repaired item.

I AM REQUESTING HIGHER AUTHORITY TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST.

1. RESOLVE THE PROBLEM OF PICTURE QUALITY.

2. REFUND OF AMMOUNT FROM 31 AUG TILL TO DATE AS I M NOT ABLE TO WATCH TV.

3. TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE ENGINEER VISITED MY HOUSE AND PUTTING OLD ITEM.

4. REVIVAL OF VISIT CHARGE AND ITEM COST WHICH IS REFLECTED ON non recurring charge slip no.136351 dt 03 Sep 09 (AS DEFECT NOT RECTIFIED TILL TO DATE).
